KUMC GME celebrated our incredible Program Coordinators with a day focused on appreciation, connection, and fun! The celebration included a cookie decorating class and a “PC Passport” activity designed to encourage networking and relationship-building among coordinators from different departments, while giving participants the opportunity to earn great prizes.
Throughout the event, a rolling PowerPoint featured personalized words of appreciation from Program Directors, residents, and fellows recognizing the meaningful impact of each coordinator. Each PC received a copy of Holding It All Together and a personal annual planner, enjoyed a taco bar and ice cream, and left with a backpack filled with gifts and prizes.
Most importantly, we wanted every Program Coordinator to leave knowing that their hard work is seen, their contributions matter, and they are truly appreciated for all they do to support their programs, residents, fellows, and GME community.
